On 27 November 2025, Homecoming Startups at Techno-Z Urstein once again featured inspiring talks, personal stories and plenty of opportunity for discussion and networking! The aim of the format is to make the topic of entrepreneurship tangible and encourage people to put their own ideas into practice.

The Homecoming Startups format brings alumni from Salzburg's universities onto the stage – with their personal success stories, honest insights and lessons learned from the world of entrepreneurship. The vision: to make entrepreneurship tangible and encourage people to put their own ideas into practice.
The event, which took place on 27 November at Techno-Z Urstein, started with a cosy get-together with a DJ, mulled wine and punch. In TEDx format, the three founders David Riedl (EnerCube), Julia-Sophie Fuchs (rhome) and Thomas Klaushofer (Kubikos) talked about their personal paths to self-employment. What drives them, what hurdles they have overcome and what success means to them.
Another highlight was the panel talk with Martin Gratzer (known as Mr Biogena One), Lukas Wieser (myflexbox) and Nina Tamerl (Roodie health).
The musical finale with the Speisband provided ample opportunity for networking. Mulled wine and punch created space for conversations, new contacts and new ideas.
